Apple Silicon Mac (mini, Studio, or laptop). We size it during onboarding and can help procure it. Approximate range: USD 1,500 to 8,000 one-time, depending on company size.
If you enable Augmented Mode, you pay OpenAI/Anthropic/Google directly for tokens consumed. Most operators spend USD 0 to 50 per month at most. Zymbiotech does not bill these.
ERP integration to your existing system is built during onboarding for your specific ERP. We’ve worked with Tango, ContPaqi, SAP Business One, Microsip, and Aspel APIs. Highly bespoke integrations to homegrown systems are scoped separately, typically USD 1,500 to 5,000 per integration.
Onboarding includes training for up to 5 people. Additional team members or refresher sessions are USD 200 per person per session.

Is there an annual contract?
Month-to-month by default. We don’t lock you in. Cancel any month and we’ll help you export your data and gracefully shut down. We offer a 10% discount on annual prepay if you prefer.
What does “locked for life” actually mean?
The monthly license rate you sign at as a Founding Member stays the same for as long as your deployment is running, even when we raise prices for later rounds. If you ever pause and resume your deployment, the original rate stands.
Why not per-user pricing?
Per-user pricing penalizes the customer for hiring. We’d rather you grow than us optimize for extracting more from each new headcount. Flat per-company means the more your team uses Zymbio, the better the ROI gets.
Do you bill in USD or local currency?
USD by default. We can bill in MXN, ARS, COP, or CLP at the bank exchange rate of the invoice date if you require local-currency invoicing for accounting. Tax treatment depends on your country.
Is there a free trial?
Not in the traditional sense. The product requires hands-on configuration to your specific business — a free trial without that configuration wouldn’t represent the real value. We offer a 30-minute live demo with your real data (under NDA) instead. After signing, the first quarter has direct engineering support included.
What if I outgrow Zymbio Business?
If your company crosses 50 employees or starts running multi-team workloads that need a higher tier, we’ll work with you on an Enterprise upgrade path. Your data, memory, and configurations migrate without loss.
