Does this replace my existing ERP?
No, unless you don’t have one. If you have Tango, ContPaqi, SAP B1, or custom — Zymbio integrates with it as a data source. If you don’t have an ERP, Zymbio’s Administrative Vault works as one natively. Both paths are valid. The audit determines which applies to your case.
Where does my data live?
On your Mac. Period. AI processing happens on your hardware. Zymbio only reaches out to systems YOU authorize during onboarding — your ERP, your file storage. No data is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google unless you explicitly activate Augmented Mode for a specific query. And in Augmented Mode, you pay those providers directly. We never broker.
What hardware do I need?
Apple Silicon Mac (M1, M2, M3, or M4) with 16GB unified memory minimum. Larger operations or teams of 20+ benefit from M2 Pro or higher with 32GB+. We size it during onboarding and can supply pre-configured hardware as part of deployment.
Does Zymbio remember conversations across days, weeks, months?
Yes. Four cognitive hemispheres maintain persistent memory: Vector (semantic recall), Graph (relationships), Procedural (learned operational rules), Administrative (structured business state). Unlike ChatGPT which resets every conversation, Zymbio accumulates business context over time. The longer you use it, the more valuable it becomes.
How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise?
Three differences. (1) Your data stays in your office — ChatGPT Enterprise still sends everything to OpenAI’s servers. (2) Zymbio remembers across conversations and knows your specific ERP — ChatGPT starts fresh every chat. (3) Zymbio connects to Tango, ContPaqi, SAP B1 — ChatGPT doesn’t know what those are.
Is the system autonomous or do I supervise everything?
It’s autonomous within direction. Cron jobs, REM Sleep consolidation, auto-healing, skill execution — all happen autonomously. But within the scope YOU define during onboarding, and with high-impact actions (like file deletion, command execution, external API calls) requiring your approval. Not human-in-every-step (tedious). Operator-directs, AI-executes, system-instrumented.
Does it work offline?
Sovereign Mode works fully offline. Connected Mode needs internet only to reach your authorized systems (ERP, file storage). Augmented Mode is the only one requiring public internet, and it’s opt-in per query.
What languages does Zymbio speak?
English and Spanish, with native voice output in both (Kokoro TTS). The team operates Spanish-first, English-second. Other languages are on roadmap but not currently supported.
What if I want to leave?
Your data is on your Mac, not our servers. If you stop the subscription, your hardware stays yours, your data stays yours, fully exportable. No vendor lock-in. The most that happens is your Zymbio stops receiving updates.
What does Early Access cost?
Pricing is defined in your discovery call after the audit. Three components: one-time setup + onboarding, monthly platform license (flat, per company, not per user), and optional Augmented Mode (pass-through to OpenAI/Anthropic/Google). Founding Members lock pricing for life.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Two reasons. One: the product is sold via audit, not checkout. The audit determines fair pricing for your specific case. Two: we’re Founding Members — pricing will evolve. Founding Members get rate locked. Publishing a public number invites anchoring that doesn’t serve anyone.
